Group Stage Draws
The group stage draws for the 2022/23 UEFA Europa League took place on August 26, 2022, in Istanbul, Turkey. A total of 32 teams were drawn into eight groups of four teams. The teams were seeded into four pots based on their UEFA club coefficients. The draw was conducted by UEFA General Secretary Giorgio Marchetti and UEFA Competitions Director Michele Uva.
Group Stage Fixtures
The group stage matches were played on September 8, 15, 29, October 6, 13, and 27, 2022. The top two teams from each group advanced to the knockout phase.
Knockout Phase
The knockout phase of the 2022/23 UEFA Europa League began with the round of 32 on February 16 and 23, 2023. The remaining rounds of the knockout phase, including the final, will be played on March 9 and 16, April 13 and 20, and May 31, 2023.
